Maybe it’s posting on social media 3-5 times a week or maybe it’s finally getting that new website up and running. Whatever it is, make your goals attainable and don’t be afraid to get help if you need it.

With defined goals in place, we need to build some structure to help us achieve them. This structure might simply be creating a strategy to achieve them. Check out our earlier article 3 Steps to Understanding Strategy for more help on understanding what good strategy looks like.
Essentially, you are going to want to break down your goals into steps. Maybe for you, its setting calendar reminders to do simple tasks. Whatever it is, be sure to be moving towards reaching your goals. If you aren’t making progress each day, even if it’s small, then you probably don’t have a good structure or strategy in place.
Before moving on, I want to remind you that you don’t need to be discouraged if you are struggling to reach your goals. Just take a step back, let some good influence into your life, and take another stab at it.
